Our prices depend on the language combination and the level and the complexity of the text. Please understand that we cannot give you flat rates.

As a rule, our basis for calculating costs is the word count of the source text, determined by the calculation function in the SDL Trados translation memory system.
The advantage for you is that you receive a fixed quote giving you discounts where there are repetitions in the text.

Please send us the text you want to be translated via e-mail.

The best way is to send the text in its original format (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc), otherwise please scan it and send as a pdf.

If this is not possible, please send by fax or post.

It goes without saying that we will handle your documents with the utmost confidentiality.

After a detailed needs analysis, you will receive a specific quote.

We offer new customers a 5% discount on the final cost of their first order if the order value is in excess of €100.

It goes without saying that we treat your in-house documents and all information which we receive from you during the project with the utmost confidentiality. This also applies to information received within the no obligation quote and information given over the telephone. Likewise, our freelancers have also committed themselves in writing to maintaining confidentiality.
